Men took a lovely tree, stripped it, and twisted it into the stark beams of the cross. It was their logo of hate. Christ picked it up, stained it with His life’s blood, and gave it back to us. His logo of love.

if You are the Sun, then i wanna be the moon, a reflection of Your glorious light
today i realised…
it has come to a point in my life where the question has changed from one of
“can i trust you God?”
to
“how can i not trust you God?”
after seeing Your faithfulness, catching a glimpse of Your power, experiencing the pursuit of Your love, and knowing that it has never failed me.
how can i not kneel on my knees, in awe, in worship, in surrender to Your Majesty?
i will fall at Your feet, and worship You here.
How well we do in God’s kingdom:
Is measured only by faithfulness of service.
Not by the amount of recognition we get or the amount of service we do or the kind of service we do.
How do we become a good & faithful servant?
Firstly, by fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author & perfecter of our faith.
Secondly, by being faithful with the things & people God has entrusted in our hands.
“Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things.” - Matthew 25:21
My prayer for us:
That i would become a girl worth loving like how Christ loved his church & gave himself up for her.
That you would become a man who leads & worth submitting everything to.
That our only pursuit is Christ Jesus.
because the truth is even the devil has already been working over time to capture the hearts of this next generation. and the next generation are too costly, too important to God for us just to sit back & have a “bless me club”
